Ryan Truong Van Hoang founded Asia Phoenix in Ho Chi Minh City in 2013.
With extensive experience in team building, corporate events, facilitation, destination management and experiential learning, Ryan has designed and delivered programs for organizations from different industries, cultures and countries.
His approach focuses on transforming team activities into meaningful experiences that strengthen connection, encourage reflection and support practical change.
