Teams consisting of 5-8 individuals are faced with a multitude of complex three-dimensional tasks, which they must complete within a strict time limit of 100 minutes. Participants are faced with the challenge of solving each solution within a strict time constraint of 20 minutes, which places significant demands on their abilities in communication, leadership, and cooperation. In contrast to traditional problem-solving exercises, Integrity establishes a novel standard by incorporating an innovative game dynamic that evaluates both the team and their chosen ‘umpire' according to their performance.
At the commencement of each job, a volunteer umpire undergoes a transition from the preceding team to monitor the subsequent team's advancement. Upon the expiration of the designated period, the umpire proceeds to assess the team's performance based on seven distinct factors, thereby prompting the team to evaluate the umpire's own performance. In addition, every side is equipped with a set of five ‘Integrity Stones' that they have the authority to allocate to umpires as they see fit. After engaging in a series of five intellectually stimulating physical tasks, teams will submit their meticulously accumulated scores in conjunction with the ‘Integrity Stones,' ultimately revealing the triumphant champions.
