VISSAN
Over 3 hours fighting in team building called “Teamwork challenges”, all members of Vissan got many experiences as well as enjoyable time on the beach.
Joining this, team members have to support each other in challenges, so that they have chance to be closer, the gap between the board of manager and employee is shorter. The program also helps individual recognize their strengths as well as the weak points.
Despite in short time, it’s enough for all participants to understand the core values that the program brings to them. Not only have these valuable lessons, the program also gives comfort moments, relaxation period after strenuous work.
