VVOB
On the rest days of October, Asia Phoenix was extremely honored to accompany with guests from VVOB Non-Government Organization in the 2 day and 1 night team building program in Vinh Yen city.
This is the first time VVOB organize team building program with the proposed target improved the communicating element and trust building among the members VVOB. Changeling programs such as “Who am I”, “Trust Falling” and many different challenges truly helped each member in VVOB family to recognize the importance and necessary of the communicating element in working simultaneous life. The program really became excited as all of the members VVOB came to the team building Amazing Race Vinh Yen Program. The two team got started the race with the most enthusiastic spirit.
The challenge with the different difficulty was along with the route of Vinh Yen city. During 3 days traveled by bike, the players had the chance to discover history simultaneous culture and daily life of the local people. All of elements above brought the new and interesting experience for all the members in VVOB NGO.
